Work With The North Scituate Public Library

Due to her mother’s profession as a Youth Services Librarian, Sam was practically raised in Libraries. She would attend programs at multiple libraries throughout Rhode Island and eventually hosted her a few of her own to educate the public and combat the stigma surrounding domesticated rats. Growing up, Sam volunteered at the North Situate Public Library throughout Middle and Highschool. Whether it was shelving books, transporting boxes, or helping with children’s programs, Sam loved to help out. After starting a degree in graphic design, she found a new way to participate. Over the past two years, Sam has designed characters to help kids get excited about summer reading.
